The plain-English rules for booking a visit and using OMG credit. If anything here is unclear, WhatsApp us before you book or top up.

Booking a visit

When you book online, your time is held for you straight away and we email a confirmation with a calendar invite.
Your first visit is a skin read and activation. Once you've been in, you can book your next treatments online.
Prices shown when you book are what the treatment costs. Where a price says "confirmed at your visit", Catherine tells you the price before she starts, and nothing is charged without your agreement.

You can move or cancel in My account up to 24 hours before your visit (the booking page and your confirmation email show the exact cut-off).
After that, please WhatsApp us on +65 8959 3351 as early as you can.
Late cancellations and no-shows: if you cancel after the online cut-off, or miss your visit without telling us, 50% of the visit price is charged from your credit (or owed, if your credit doesn't cover it). We email you whenever a fee is charged. If something unexpected happened, talk to us.
If you're running late, let us know. We'll do what we can in the time left, so your visit may be shorter.
If we ever have to cancel, we'll tell you as soon as we can and help you find another time. Nothing is charged for a visit we cancel.

What it is: money you pay in advance by PayNow and use for treatments and products at OMG. Your balance and every movement on it are in My account.
Topping up: after you pay, tell us in My account. Your credit appears once Catherine has matched the payment in the studio's bank account, usually within one working day. If we can't find a payment, we'll tell you why.
Using it: each visit, and any late-cancellation or no-show fee, is deducted from your credit. If something costs more than your balance, the difference is shown in your account and can be settled by a top-up or at the studio.
Expiry: credit does not expire.
Complimentary treatments: some top-ups come with free treatments. They're listed in your account, can be used at any visit, and have no cash value.
Who can use it: credit belongs to the account holder and is for their own visits. It can't be transferred to someone else or exchanged for cash.
Refunds: credit isn't refundable, so please top up only what you expect to use. The one exception: if the studio closes for good, we refund any unused credit in full by PayNow.

OMG offers cosmetic skin treatments, not medical treatment. Results vary from person to person.
Before a treatment, tell Catherine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have allergies, take medication or use prescription skincare, or have had a recent procedure. She may adapt or decline a treatment if it isn't right for your skin that day.
